Workout of the week – a sneak preview of my FREE 14 day ab programme!

 

Mixing it up with a mix of ab workouts with full body, fat burning workouts on the days in between, the goal is to create muscular failure with less rest between exercises, which can have powerful hormonal, metabolic, and calorie burning effects.

 

You can expect each workout if you do it in full to take between 20-30 minutes. Each workout consists of five simple moves, you need to do ten reps of the first exercise, twenty reps of the second, thirty reps of the third etc. Try not to rest between exercises, or if you do need to have a little breather then keep it to less than ten seconds. Beginners might like to complete one round of the workouts, those of you that are feeling hardcore can try for two or three rounds… here’s the sneak preview of the first one…
