Personal Training and Weight Loss Packages

Here at Fitnessentials, I want to teach you that fitness and healthy, happy living isn’t something you do just before a big event or holiday, it’s a lifestyle choice. My personal training and weight loss packages are designed to fit in with your lifestyle and help you meet your goals, whether that’s sports specific training, weight loss or improving fitness.

Everyone deserves to live a happy, healthy live and everyone was born with the ability to change. So here at Fitnessentials, that’s what I focus on – helping you change your lifestyle so that you’re happier, healthier, fitter, look better, feel more confident and have more energy.

My aim is to help you become completely self sufficient in achieving your goals and leading your new lifestyle… But you’ll want to keep working with me for the sense of camaraderie and being “in it together.”

With the above in mind, I’ve created a number of different personal training and weight loss packages with flexible payment options to suit everyone’s commitment level. How committed do you feel?

The “Let’s give it a go” Package

  • Four weeks;
  • Initial consultation and follow-up measurements taken after four weeks;
  • "Bring a Friend" pass for use on the third week;
  • Option of individual or group sessions;
  • Option of one or two sessions per week

¹ Prices from £35 per individual session based on 2 sessions per week, or £30 per person per session based on two people sharing 2 sessions per week.

The “Feeling committed” Package

  • Eight weeks;
  • Initial consultation and measurements;
  • Mid-point assessment at four weeks;
  • "Bring a Friend" passes for weeks three and six;
  • Option of individual or group sessions;

² Prices from £30 per individual session based on 3 sessions per week, or £25 per person per session based on two people sharing 3 sessions per week.

The VIP Package

  • Twelve weeks;
  • Initial consultation and measurements;
  • Mid-point assessment at six weeks;
  • Five "Bring a Friend" passes;
  • Three personalised workouts to do by yourself;
  • A 30-minute one-to-one at weeks 6 and 12 to reassess goals and celebrate success;
  • Two supported food shopping visit;
  • Text message support every day between the hours of 9am - 5pm;

³ Prices from £31.25 per individual session based on 4 sessions per week, or £26.04 per person per session based on two people sharing 4 sessions per week.

Pay As You Go

Not sure you want to commit to a package? Why not try us on a session-by-session basis?

Individual sessions are priced at £40 and group sessions (up to three people) at £75 for one hour.

Food shopping support sessions are also available at £15 (£20 for non-clients), and additional personalised workouts for clients to do outside of their sessions start from just £10 (£25 for non-clients).
