As a fun, friendly, female Personal Trainer with a wealth of industry experience in helping people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals, I pride myself on going above and beyond the expected standards for personal training. Every prospective client meets with me over coffee or tea for a chat, which lasts at least thirty minutes and enables me to find out more about you and what you are looking for. We’ll talk through a comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire, before we arrange your complimentary trial session (if you’d like one) – after all, this is your lifestyle change and it is important to me that you can see the value in my service and how I will be a part of your fitness and weight loss experience.
Sessions place an emphasis on driving a passion for fitness, energy, laughter and fun whilst achieving first class results. In fact, that’s a core value of the business. Packages, programmes and personal training sessions are bespoke and my client numbers are kept fairly low, enabling me to spend more time with each of my clients to ensure that they meet their goals.
Want to bring a friend with you to the odd session? No problem. Need to be diverted away from the chocolate aisle in the supermarket once a week? No problem, I enjoy a good food shopping session! It really is a personal service that Fitnessentials delivers.
